In July 2025, Andrei Mihalca was invited to the COST Action CA21111 – One Health Drugs Against Parasitic Vector-Borne Diseases (OHD) meeting, held at the COST Association premises in Brussels.
In June–July 2025, Prof. Andrei Daniel Mihalca joined the faculty of the 11th Parasitology Summer Course (ParSCo), a one-week residency program on Parasites, Arthropod Vectors and Transmitted Pathogens in the Mediterranean Area, organized by the University of Bari.
On 3–4 June 2025, the Tropical Council for Companion Animal Parasites (TroCCAP), in collaboration with the Council of Veterinary Surgeons of Zimbabwe, organized a workshop in Harare on recent advances in parasitic diseases of companion animals.

In February 2025, Prof. Andrei Daniel Mihalca was invited by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to serve as an expert trainer at the Regional Training Course on the Capture, Sorting, Detection and Differentiation of the Most Important Vectors for Vector-Borne Diseases in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In early 2025, Parasitology Consultancy Group organized a series of four workshops under the theme "New Approaches and Concepts in Clinical Parasitology of Companion Animals", each hosted in the main veterinary centers of Romania: Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest, Timișoara, and Iași.
